Each marine loading arm is equipped with 6 swivel joints, the arm can move with 6 degrees of freedom. One insulated swivel joint prevents static conduction between the wharf and the tanker. A grounding system is installed at the bottom of marine loading arm column, and static conductive tapes are installed at both ends of all swivel joints and flange connection.
The ERC with double ball valve structure can quickly and safely cut off the connection with the tanker in an emergency.
